You’ll design and deliver HR policies and initiatives that not only keep the organisation compliant but also inspire a positive and collaborative culture, where everyone can thrive. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll develop innovative hiring strategies and ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive and rewarding. You’ll also lead training programs, drive performance and growth conversations, and use data to make smart decisions that enhance productivity and engagement.

To thrive in this role, you must hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with professional membership or a CIPD qualification highly valued. Our client is seeking someone with strong, progressive HR experience, ideally with several years at managerial level. A proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation is essential. You should have experience leading HR projects, such as developing learning and development programs, implementing HR systems, or managing organizational change. Candidates must possess an in-depth working knowledge of UK employment law, alongside exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and your strategic thinking will be your greatest assets. Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, especially in sectors like production, manufacturing, or construction, is highly desirable.
