Responsibilities: Accountable for all training courses assigned regarding training transformation. Advocate for creating training content that is active, engaging, inclusive, and learner-centric. Ensure compliance with the end-to-end training design process and DSAT standards. Address, resolve, and escalate challenges that may impact delivery timelines. Produce and develop high-quality training designs, e-learning, and courseware materials. Develop and design training courseware utilizing various media and technology. Contribute to instructional strategy and analyze training methodologies. Seek feedback and impact stories to enhance training courses continuously. Incorporate changes from validation into all training design activities. Build strong stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts. Identify opportunities for accreditation of new or amended training. Responsible for personal continuous professional development. Follow health, safety, and security standards to protect data and ensure operations. Perform any other duties required to support the Integrated Training Design Service.
