Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £23,250 per annum + 2.5% commission on gross sales
This entry-level sales role is full training and support provided. It offers strong prospects for career progression and salary advancement. The role is based on a 35‑hour week.
Responsibilities
- Research target prospects to understand their business requirements and needs.
- Identify the most appropriate sales approach for each prospect.
- Locate the key decision maker within target organisations.
- Contact decision makers, present the client’s product offering and secure a positive next action.
- Add contact organisations to the CRM system with all relevant information.
- Schedule follow‑up contacts and actions.
- Prepare progress reports for the Sales Management team on contacts made.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; full training will be provided.
- Any background in a customer‑facing or communication‑focused role is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Numerate with strong attention to detail.
- Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Competitive drive and determination to succeed.
- Ability to work effectively within a small, close‑knit team.
