Role Summary
As a UX Developer, you will be responsible for building intuitive, performant user interfaces that bring complex AI capabilities to life. This hybrid designer-engineer role bridges frontend development with user experience strategy, translating design vision into production-ready code. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and internal users to shape powerful, accessible, and elegant user journeys across our growing AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead UX efforts across our product - refining and improving complex user flows.
* Lead engineers to build pixel-perfect and user-friendly interfaces.
* Translate user needs and insights into actionable UI/UX proposals and frontend implementations.
* Inform the design of new features and products from scratch.
* Establish and maintain design consistency, patterns, and accessibility across products.
* Run informal user research, usability testing, and feedback loops with internal and external users.
* Champion UX best practices and contribute to a design-oriented culture in an engineering-led environment.
* Optimize UI performance by implementing efficient coding techniques and minimizing load times, while establishing and documenting frontend best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable code.

Essential
* 3+ years of experience in UX, product design, and frontend engineering (or equivalent proof of skill).
* Proficiency in modern frontend development (React, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, component libraries).
* Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
* Track record of designing and implementing intuitive UX in complex or enterprise-level applications.
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
* Ability to take ownership of UX quality and proactively improve user journeys.
Desirable
* Experience in regulated industries or secure environments.
