Responsibilities:
* Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including daily stand-ups, estimation, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
* Develop clean, maintainable and efficient software with high levels of unit testing and automated integration (browser based) testing.
* Contributing to peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with the UCD design team, Business Analysts, Performance Analysts and development and Quality Assurance colleagues to understand and deliver assigned tasks.
* Adhere to technical development standards and best practices.
* Ask for help when needed and collaborate with team members to resolve issues impacting delivery within your team.
