Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride. Working as part of a cross‑functional team you lead the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, maintain portfolios, and drive productivity projects with the goal of delivering the desired consumer experience.
How You Will Contribute
You will work independently to plan, lead and coordinate technical projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements. You will effectively communicate status and risks, plan and manage pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements, and coordinate development activities such as product shelf‑life testing and consumer test preparation. Utilize digital simulation models to obtain, understand and interpret consumer insights and commercial information. Create and maintain accurate consumer‑led specifications, and be responsible for stakeholder management and influencing decisions based on analysis and interpretation of results.

Additional Qualifications
* Great communication and project management skills
* Experience in the food industry; specific experience in confectionery and/or chocolate is an additional advantage

Education / Certifications
* Food science, or engineering qualification at university level / degree
* Food science or engineering experience (4+ years) ideally in a fast‑moving consumer goods market
* Fluency in English is mandatory; Polish language not required for candidates based in Poland
Location
The role is located across three sites in Germany, Poland, and the UK, with preferred locations in Wrocław, Poland, and Bournville, UK. The manager will be based in the UK.
Travel
Some travel within Europe may be required, expected to exceed 20% of your time.
Contract
Full‑time position, fixed‑term contract lasting 18 months (July 2026 to December 2027).
Work Schedule
Standard working hours (Mon‑Fri). The role requires presence in the office on a weekly basis, with number of days varying by project needs (approximately 60% of the time).
