This Sales Executive will identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions for complex installations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities for new lift installations and modernisation projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the lift, construction, or building services sector.
Strong knowledge of new lift installations and modernisation projects.
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple opportunities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Benefits:
