About the Role
As HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the HR department. Youll be involved in a wide range of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee data management. This is a key role that ensures the HR team can deliver a professional, efficient, and people-focused service.

1. Support the HR leadership team in planning departmental activities and projects aligned with organisational goals
2. Maintain and update HR records using relevant HR systems
3. Assist the Payroll Officer with processing changes, setting up new starters, and monthly payroll tasks
4. Attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions
5. Manage the central HR inbox, responding to enquiries and supporting recruitment processes
6. Coordinate recruitment advertising, liaise with hiring managers and agencies, and arrange interview logistics
