Freelance Site Manager Fit-Out & Refurbishment (Scotland)

We are supporting a respected contractor delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects across Scotland. They are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee schemes on a travelling basis.

The Role:
As Site Manager, youll be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Youll manage subcontractors, coordinate logistics, and maintain excellent communication with the client and project team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead site operations on fit-out and refurbishment schemes
* Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
* Monitor progress against programme and resolve issues swiftly
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
