We are looking for a Head of People Analytics and Reporting to join us at Companies House!
The Head of People Analytics and Reporting is a pivotal role within the Workforce Planning, Analytics and HR Systems Team, working with the business and broader HR Teams to identify future demands as well as translating Companies House priorities into resourcing, skills, and redeployment plans.
You will work with colleagues from across Companies House to ensure our workforce plans match the level of our ambition, and that our resources are aligned with workload and financial planning. You are responsible for collating workforce forecasts over a short, medium and long term and will be instrumental in critiquing and challenging resource requests originating from across the organisation. Working closely with Finance, you will provide regular updates to the Executive Team and will prepare the resourcing aspects of our annual Spending Review submission to Cabinet Office, alongside other scheduled and ad hoc regulatory data returns/ commissions.
You will lead the People Analytics and Reporting team, which are a blend of new and established functions. Working with colleagues in Data, Strategy and Finance, you will continue to build the capability and confidence of the teams, ensuring the integrity of the reports we produce and maximising opportunities to make reporting and data analysis system improvements.
You’ll need to be able to balance the requirement for accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to think creatively in determining solutions. Forming early and trusted relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
The work is fast paced, broad and often challenging but will be incredibly rewarding for the right person!
