About the Role We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused professional who thrives on building strong relationships and creating memorable first impressions. You’ll take the lead on our full recruitment process while supporting the wider employee journey across Ragdale Hall Spa. You’ll be an ambassador for our brand—promoting Ragdale Hall as an exceptional place to work, locally and beyond, and ensuring we attract and onboard the very best talent. Working closely with our Heads of Department, you’ll also provide day‑to‑day HR support and guidance across a variety of policies and employee matters. What You’ll Be Doing
1. Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for all departments
2. Creating engaging job descriptions and innovative adverts that reflect our culture
3. Managing candidate applications through our ATS
4. Owning internal and external recruitment advertising
5. Reviewing and enhancing recruitment content across our website and social channels
6. Exploring new platforms and methods to reach wider candidate pools
7. Building and maintaining a strong candidate database, including sending vacancy alerts
8. Representing Ragdale Hall at job fairs, exhibitions and events
9. Issuing new starter paperwork, including offers and contracts
10. Responding to enquiries from candidates and employees
11. Supporting Heads of Department with low-level performance, conduct and wellbeing matters
12. Providing accurate administrative support across all HR processes
13. Creating HR reports and managing HRIS-based queries
14. Helping to develop HR policies, projects and processes
15. Troubleshooting basic system issues on our HRIS
About You
16. You’ll bring proven recruitment experience—hospitality experience is a bonus, not a must
17. You're proactive, organised and creative, with great attention to detail
18. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
19. You're digitally confident, especially with HR systems and social media
20. A CIPD qualification is beneficial, but not essential—there’s scope to grow and develop within the role, with full support for ongoing professional development
Hours & Salary
21. 32-39 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm)
22. Competitive salary, depending on experience
