Location

Hybrid – Home-based with regular attendance at KBSA Headquarters, Mansfield (Nottinghamshire). Best suited to East Midlands-based candidates.

About Us

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) is a leading UK trade organisation supporting independent retailers in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom industry. We provide members with business support, consumer confidence schemes, and industry recognition.


The Role

This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role focused on selling KBSA memberships to independent retailers across the UK.

Moving away from traditional field sales, this role will be primarily office/home-based, using outbound calling, virtual meetings, and structured follow-ups to generate new memberships.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through to closing deals and onboarding new members.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to independent retailers across the UK
* Promote and sell KBSA membership subscriptions
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
* Book and conduct virtual appointments and follow-up consultations
* Convert leads into paying members through structured sales processes
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
* Work towards monthly targets (approx. 50 memberships annually)
* Collaborate with the wider KBSA team to support onboarding and member engagement
* Represent the KBSA brand professionally at all times


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* New memberships sold (target: 50 per year)
* Daily/weekly outbound call activity
* Conversion rates from lead to member
* Appointments booked and attended
* Revenue generated


About You

* Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales
* Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting targets
* Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
* Highly organised with strong pipeline management ability
* Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely
* Positive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
* Experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or services
* Knowledge of the KBB (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) industry
