SmartCo will be looking for two Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developers to join our team and help deliver secure, scalable solutions across a public sector environment, starting in May 2026.
What you’ll be doing
* Design, build and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions (and where needed, across Dynamics 365 F&O).
* Deliver Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Virtual Agents) to streamline processes and improve user experience.
* Build and support integrations using Azure services (Azure Functions, API Management, Event Grid), SSIS and APIs.
* Support data migration and transformation activities using SQL/SSIS and API-based approaches.
* Work in an Agile team, collaborating with product owners, analysts, DBAs and cyber security to deliver quality outcomes.
What we’re looking for
* Hands‑on experience developing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM.
* Power Platform delivery experience (Power Apps, Power Automate; plus exposure to Power Pages and/or Virtual Agents).
* Integration experience across Microsoft/Azure technologies (e.g., Azure Functions, API Management, Event Grid) and API development/consumption.
* Data migration/transformation experience using SQL and SSIS.
* Experience with customisation and UX improvements (e.g., forms/views, business rules and PCF controls).
* Comfortable working in Agile delivery with strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to have
* API testing with Swagger/OpenAPI tooling.
* Experience with enterprise integration patterns (including event‑driven approaches).
* Interest in using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve adoption.
