Inbound Sales Executive - Based Andover
IMMEDIATE START!
Basic salary - £28,535 OTE c£40,000
Shift Rota
Early shift is 8.30am to 4.30pm
Mid Shift or 9.15am to 5.15pm
Work one late shift every week - 12pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday or Friday 10am to 6pm
1 in 4 Saturdays – 9am to 5pm
1 in 7 Sundays – 10am to 4pm
You can work from home Saturday and Sundays – on occasions you may need to be in the office, if required

Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking experienced Inbound Sales Executive join their current team who are based in Andover.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Inbound Sales Executive with a proven track record of working in inbound sales. Candidates with previous experience of selling Life Insurance, IVA’s, Debit Recovery or selling Funeral Plans, would be advantageous, but not essential as you will receive full product training.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will have a minimum of one year’s experience working of working in an inbound sales role with the ability to work in a target driven environment.
You will be answering inbound calls from customers who have already enquired through various marketing channels with the objective of answering any queries regarding various plans and optimising sales conversion rates. All calls made will be in line the companies process and FCA regulations.
As you will be speaking to potentially vulnerable customers, you will need to have empathy, patience and kindness to deliver an excellent customer service with the ability to solve problems, identify process improvements with a flexible approach.
Key Skills
* Excellent communicator with professional telephone manner with proven experience of dealing with mature customers.
* Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, deliver outstanding customer care; being especially aware that some customers may be vulnerable
* Results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI’s set on production, quality, and customer service skills
* Must have the ability to record information in an accurate way and ensure that all process and procedures are adhered with in a methodical and compliant way.
* Computer literacy and good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
