We are now looking for Car Sales Executives to join our successful team at Toyota Ayr. This is a fantastic opportunity for career changers from retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles who want to turn their people skills into a high-earning, long-term sales career.
You don’t need automotive experience – full training is provided.
Salary & Rewards
* £27,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
* Realistic OTE of £45,000, with top performers earning £60,000+

What you’ll be doing
* Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
* Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
* Arranging and conducting test drives
* Building trust and long-term customer relationships
* Working towards achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team
You’ll engage with customers in-store, online, by phone and by video, both locally and nationally, so confidence with technology and strong communication skills are essential.

* Have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer-facing sales
* Are confident, motivated and enjoy speaking with people
* Like working towards targets and being rewarded for success
* Want a career where effort and performance are properly recognised
* Hold a full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
