Your new role
This is a front‑facing role where you will act as the first point of contact for contractors on site. Your responsibilities will include handling general administrative duties, managing enquiries, updating records, and supporting on day‑to‑day office tasks. A key element of the role will involve onboarding new contractors, ensuring all documentation and checks are completed accurately. You will work independently, providing support across the site and interacting with a variety of stakeholders each day.
What youll need to succeed
Experience in an administrative or customer service role
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a front‑facing environment
Excellent attention to detail, particularly with documentation and onboarding
Experience working on a site or operational environment would be advantageous
Working hours are 7:00am–3:30pm or 7:30am–4:00pm, totalling 40 hours per week.
