The role: To proactively engage dental practices and existing customers via outbound calls, promoting Dental Compliance Made Easier (DCME) and other Agilio products, with the primary goal of booking product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: * Outbound Engagement: Call dental practices listed in the CRM to understand their current software and pitch DCME and its benefits, securing demonstration bookings with key decision makers. * Follow Up: Send follow up emails when phone contact is unsuccessful and maintain professional communication across all channels. * Demo Attendance Management: Send reminder emails and make reminder calls to confirm attendance the day before/on the day of the booked demonstration. * Cross Selling: Contact existing DCME customers to introduce additional Agilio products and book demonstrations to support cross sell opportunities. * CRM Accuracy: Update the CRM with call outcomes, notes, demo bookings, and follow up actions. * Activity & Engagement: Maintain consistent outbound activity, achieve KPIs, and actively seek opportunities for cross selling....
