As the HR Administrator at Woodland Furniture Group, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and ensuring our internal systems remain organised and compliant. You’ll help maintain a positive employee experience by supporting managers and staff with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role

Proficient in HR software, MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Over the years, we have partnered with some of the UK's largest retailers to manufacture design-led bathroom furniture to appeal to their customer base.Our contracts division also design and manufacture kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture for large-scale residential, student accommodation and hotel projects. From design through to installation, we meticulously manage our projects to seamlessly work in tandem with our contractors schedule.- We have over 30 years experience in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom industry.- 141,000 sq ft manufacturing facility- Considered one of the leading suppliers of both flat packed and rigid kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture- We look after every step of the journey, from design, manufacture to installation
