This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
As a HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function across the entire employee life cycle to provide a great employee experience. This position involves a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including on boarding, off boarding, payroll processing, HR communications, and more.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organised, team player and possess excellent communication skills.
In more detail your role will include:
* Manage HR administration from on boarding to off boarding, including preparing documentation, conducting right to work checks, processing references, and creating on boarding plans.
* Manage the HR inbox, triage incoming requests, and ensure prompt and accurate responses to queries.
* Collaborate with the finance department to manage monthly payroll input, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Perform administrative tasks related to the company’s pension scheme.
* Rewards & Benefits - Administer monthly processing and update benefits changes as needed.
* Generate HR-related written communications, including salary and bonus letters, contract variations, and other ad-hoc documents.
* Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS).
* Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees, providing advice in line with current company policies and procedures.
* Review and update company information screens with HR-related news, communications, and event information.
* Assist with compiling HR-related reports and analytics.
* Work closely with the HR Operations Advisor to provide support and ensure seamless HR Operations.
* Collaborate with the wider People team on project-related work and initiatives.
* Participate in HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal
requirements.
* Coordinate the ordering and distribution of employee gifts.
* Manage catering requests for HR-led company events.
