We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands on site manager to coordinate our operations in the beautiful Gawthorpe Estate which includes the refurbished Great Barn complex, our estate offices and ranger facilities. The role will include a close working relationship with our stakeholders Lancashire County Council who operate the Hall and Gardens and the future operator of the café within the Barn complex, as well as our neighbours including Burnley Football Club whose training facilities adjoin our site.
You will be an organised self-starter with an understanding of facilities management who has excellent relationship building skills and is passionate about working in a historic environment, and maximising the benefits of the estate for the local community.
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week. The role will support the opening of our facilities to maximise public benefit and be largely core hours 0900-1700 with regular weekend working and some evening work.
