The opportunity
Lead customer service across pallet networks, dedicated vehicles, same-day delivery, and warehousing/fulfilment. High-stakes, fast-paced operation requiring decisive leadership and operational precision.
You'll be responsible for:
✔ Leading and developing a high-performing customer service team
✔ Managing key accounts and driving SLA performance
✔ Handling escalations and turning pressure into trust
✔ Driving KPIs and continuous improvement
✔ Partnering with Operations and Transport for seamless delivery
✔ Shaping service strategy and identifying growth opportunities
You'll need:
✔ Proven leadership in logistics/transport/supply chain customer service is essential
✔ Composure under pressure with strong prioritization skills
✔ Experience managing stakeholders and key accounts
✔ Hands-on KPI management and performance improvement track record
✔ Working knowledge of WMS/TMS systems
✔ Genuine ambition to progress and lead from the front
