The role You’ll support customers throughout their motorcycle journey, including: Welcoming customers and guiding them through viewing and test rides Clearly explaining finance, insurance, and accessory options Supporting the process from first conversation through to delivery Building genuine, respectful relationships by listening carefully and understanding individual needs You’ll have access to industry‑leading technology and in‑house training, with full support to help you succeed in the role. What we’re looking for At least 12 months’ experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry A genuine interest in motorcycles and the wider motorcycle community Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach A full motorcycle licence Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, open to learning, and enjoys helping others make informed decisions.
