Salary: £62,100
What you'll be doing:
* Working with people capability teams from each function on process and delivery
* Building rewarding relationships and implementing strategic solutions to achieve organisational goals and EC objectives
* Coaching and mentoring team, functions through lunch and learns/ monthly reviews
* Stakeholder management across all functions up to director level
* Strategy on projects, exploring other avenues to generate more candidates, mobilising a team to attend and interview at various locations quickly
* 3rd party management - Alexander Mann MS, Centre of Excellence, events, acquisitions
* Cross function/business unit collaboration
* Recruitment lifecycle and lifecycle management - improving process and creating efficiencies, looking at risk, fails and successes
* Meeting customer requirements on delivery and managing expectations
* Demand management ensuring we are working towards the IBP supply, including variances on forecast
Your skills and experiences:
* HR Management experience with Recruitment operations and strategy planning
* Commercial, Operational and Talent Acquisition Experience
* Strategy workforce planning
* Large complex Organisation
* Senior stakeholder management

The Resource Cell Team:
The newly established and engaging Resource Supply Cell has been developed to meet the resourcing requirements of the Air Sector, utilising a core team to identify resource solutions to deliver demand across 3 key sourcing solutions (Permanent/Experienced hires recruitment, Subcontractor recruitment and Early Careers recruitment).
