We are seeking a Specialist Recovery Nurse to join our dynamic Inclusion team in Hampshire. This role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical and therapeutic services, including health screening, blood borne virus (BBV) initiatives, and community detoxification programmes. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care to service users and their families. The successful applicant will need knowledge and experience of drug and alcohol use and the harms this can cause, as well as a positive attitude in supporting our clients in meeting their healthcare needs. There may be requirements to support other Hampshire-based Inclusion services in clinical interventions so a willingness to travel is essential Advert Deliver tailored treatment interventions including health assessments BBV screening, and detox programmes Lead on BBV provision and health screening clinics Support and train staff in healthcare procedures Provide support and to a caseload of service users who use drugs and/or alcohol Effective and dynamically assess and manage the risks faced by the service users you are supporting Develop effective and evidence based care plans Maintain effective liaison with external agencies including GPs, probation services, and housing organisations Provide clinical supervision and contribute to staff training Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development Working for our organisation Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Inclusion service offers psychological and drug & alcohol services, in the community, and in prisons, and has contracts across the country.
