Overview This is a Generalist HR Management role, hands on managing a small team of 50 people within a specialist College. The Organisation has grown in recent years and has a positive plan to continue growing. The role This is an Generalist HR Manager role, managing HR Operations for a 2-3 month period. Hours can be flexible, but the role will be on site in central Oxford (free on site parking available). You will support the senior management team co-ordinate recruitment, manage Relations issues, and co-ordinate the HR side of Payroll throughout this assignment, as well as the other normal day to day HR activities. The ideal candidate You will be an experienced HR professional, with confidence to do the process side of HR (ie holiday pay/leaver pay calculations, payroll), as well as dealing with people challenges and handle the guiding of line managers. This role can start at short notice.
