MEP Site Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + benefits

This growing business, operating as a main contractor and delivering high-value projects across multiple sectors, is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to join its site delivery team. Key responsibilities include:
* Demonstrating a proven track record in the safe delivery of high-quality medium to large-scale projects, on time and within budget
* Maintaining a full understanding of the scope of works for all mechanical and electrical subcontractor packages
* Managing on-site mechanical and electrical subcontractor works
* Coordinating M&E activities with the wider site management team
* Liaising with the Building Services Manager, Project Manager, and Quantity Surveyor regarding works outside the agreed scope
* Ensuring full compliance with current Health & Safety and CDM legislation
* Reviewing subcontractor method statements and risk assessments and monitoring compliance throughout the project
* Issuing, monitoring, and closing out permits for M&E and associated works
* Inspecting installations to ensure compliance with contract and design requirements
* Raising NCRs for non-compliant or substandard works
* Ensuring inspection and test plans (ITPs) are produced, reviewed, and closed out
* Compiling snagging lists and managing the close-out process
* Ensuring as-installed works align with design intent and end-user requirements
* Understanding the building contract and managing key stakeholder interfaces, including client representatives and design teams
Essential requirements:
* CSCS and SMSTS certification
* Full UK driving licence
* Electrical and/or Mechanical trade qualification
