Our client is a market leading global law firm, they are now seeking a critical thinking and collaborative Reward Manager to join their growing team in their London offices on a permanent basis.
The main responsibilities for the Reward Manager will be to manage the compensation review and life cycle for the firm and provide additional support for benefits, HR systems, global mobility and performance while providing advice and guidance to the business.
Duties will include:
1. Driving forward the standardisation of reward processes in collaboration with wider HR teams.
2. Project managing and delivering the annual UK compensation review process, providing comprehensive reward support for salary review, bonus proposal, incentive schemes etc.
3. Developing and maintaining role and compensation structures by conducting analysis and benchmarking of salary and other survey data.
4. Making pay recommendations and advising the firm to support the reward strategy.
5. Managing UK Diversity Pay Gap reporting (Gender, Ethnicity, etc.).
6. Producing compensation management reports.
7. Managing and developing one direct team member.
The Reward Manager will have strong previous experience of leading compensation reviews and cyclical benchmarking processes. Demonstrating a track record of utilising compensation systems, providing training, support and testing compensation review processes by dealing with market-based pay structures and participating in salary surveys. It is essential to possess strong analytical skills, a proven track record of interpreting and producing high quality management information and excellent client service orientation with first-rate communication skills dealing with people at all levels. The right candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills, effectively prioritising and demonstrate strong influencing skills. The Reward Manager will be competent in all Microsoft Applications, work collaboratively with various teams and be a pro-active problem solver.
