This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to bring structure, influence change, and build toward a future Head of C&B position. This is a broad and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take ownership across all things Total Rewards and HR Operations. You’ll be part of a high-quality HR team and work closely with a down-to-earth and supportive HR leader who values authenticity, energy, and initiative.
Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office (flexible as needed)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and continually improve global payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy across EMEA and APAC
* Drive the ongoing enhancement and adoption of our HRIS (BambooHR) platform
* Ensure strong HR compliance across all regions, in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisers
* Oversee benefits governance globally, ensuring programs are competitive, efficient, and aligned with business needs
* Support and help lead compensation governance, including annual review cycles and benchmarking
* Contribute to the design and implementation of job architecture, including levelling and career pathing frameworks
* Act as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits best practices
About You
* Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally with global exposure
* Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms is a plus
* Solid understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance fundamentals
* Self-starter with a humble, genuine approach and plenty of drive
* Comfortable working with pace and ambiguity; thrives in a growth environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build relationships and influence across the business
