Salary: £75,000 – 85,000 D.O.E

What You’ll Do:
* Lead the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
* Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
* Build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
* Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems.
* Optimize performance and ensure system stability.
* Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, especially in Service Cloud.
* Salesforce certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II.
* Strong coding skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC.
* Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
* Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Ant, and Agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Salesforce Admin and Marketing Cloud.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
