Are you an organised, detail-driven HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact? One of the UK's largest and most respected charities is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Administrator to join their People Operations Team.
Start Date: ASAP (subject to checks)
Contract: Temporary until January 2026
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Location: Fully Remote
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support across a range of tasks:
" Handling incoming calls to the HR department
" Managing vetting and compliance checks
" Drafting letters and official documents
" Inputting payroll details and routine financial processing
" Supporting recruitment activities
" Maintaining spreadsheets and updating HR databases
What We're Looking For:
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, professional approach to everything you do:
" Proven experience in HR administration
" Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
" Confident with Microsoft Office and HR databases
" Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
" Excellent communication and customer service skills
" Able to follow procedures and meet deadlines consistently
