Site Manager - Groundworks
Our client, a reputable construction company, is currently seeking a Site Manager with experience in Residential groundworks projects to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and within budget.
Key Experience:
* External works - drainage etc.
* First Phase Groundworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the delivery of projects within budget and on time
* Managing and coordinating the execution of projects in accordance with project plans
* Ensuring that all work complies with relevant standards and regulations
* Providing technical support and guidance to site teams
* Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Managing health and safety on site
* Managing project documentation
Key Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in Residential groundworks projects
* Good understanding of relevant software such as AutoCAD and Total Station
* Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
* Strong project management skills with experience in managing projects from start to finish
* Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive and can-do attitude
* SMSTS and CSCS qualifications
