Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based at our Cardiff location. The successful candidate will engage with customers, provide detailed information on MINI vehicles, and support them in making informed purchase decisions. Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets. The role also involves supporting the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and achieve sales objectives.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple customer interactions efficiently.
* Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry, specifically MINI vehicles, is a plus.

* Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Full UK driver's license is required.
* Previous sales experience, particularly in automotive sales, is an advantage but not essential.
