Overview
G04 - £14,425 - £14,653 per annum; 25 hours per week; Term time only.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the service within the allocated targets set for labour and food costs.
2. Skilled cooking duties and an understanding of healthy cooking practices.
3. Supervision of other employees, including allocation of duties, work rotas and training.
4. Operation of a computerised administration system.
5. Supervision of food service, portion control and food presentation.
6. Associated clerical duties.
7. Health and Safety legislation.
8. Promotion of food service to customers.
9. Any duties commensurate with nature and grade of post.
Requirements
* Full driving licence and business use insurance cover, and the use of a car is essential. Travelling expenses will be paid for travel from base kitchen to schools within the area.
* An Enhanced DBS is required for this position.
