Summary: The Site Agent is responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of construction projects, primarily within the Civils and Water sectors. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental, and contractual obligations. The Site Agent will lead and coordinate teams including Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen, managing resources, programmes, and procurement schedules to meet project objectives. Acting as an ambassador for the business, the role involves close collaboration with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial performance. The Site Agent is also responsible for cost control, maintaining detailed site records, identifying value engineering opportunities, and producing accurate reports and chairing site meetings in line with company procedures.
