We are looking for a highly competent and reliable Freelance Site Manager to oversee a key refurbishment project in central Manchester.
This is a contract position requiring an immediate start. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for site operations, from managing health and safety and quality control to coordinating subcontractors and driving the project forward to meet deadlines.
Key Requirements:

Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work

Demonstrable experience managing similar refurbishment projects

Strong technical knowledge and problem:solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership
*
Based in or able to commute to Manchester
