Specific Responsibilities:
Talent Management
* Complete annual reviews with all staff within the company timelines.
* Review development needs of site technicians aligned with business requirements.
* Coach and mentor staff to embrace Dematic standards.
* Implement succession planning to ensure quality of employees and service.
* Promote a positive working environment to maximize staff retention.
Health & Safety
* Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and legislation.
* Create and maintain the site health & safety plan.
* Utilize DMMS for Safety Critical Maintenance.
* Promote near miss reporting and conduct safety tours.
* Ensure contractor approval and safety documentation are current.
Contract Delivery
* Deliver budget and control costs within guidelines.
* Meet KPI targets and prioritize repairs.
* Maintain service records and manage spare parts inventory.
Technical Direction
* Utilize DMMS for maintenance and spares management.
* Complete Safety Critical PPMs on schedule.
* Manage legislative compliance and obsolescence.
Resource Management
* Collaborate with departments and support policies.
* Monitor overtime and support third-party contracts.
Conflict Management
* Resolve issues promptly, escalate as needed.
* Manage change effectively.
Continuous Improvement
* Lead LEAN projects for efficiency.
* Define CTQs and reduce process variation.
* Identify opportunities and root causes, implement CAPA.
Customer Satisfaction
* Exceed customer expectations.
* Proactively address issues and gather feedback.
General Responsibilities
