Overview The Site Manager is responsible for the successful on-site delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating all site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining compliance, and fostering strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Site Management Organise and manage construction projects on-site from initiation through to completion. Monitor progress against the programme, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change control records, and as-built drawings. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Oversee and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractor performance and coordination.
