HR Administrator Southampton Permanent - Full-time Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 16:30pm - 30-minute unpaid lunch. Salary is dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our expanding client based in their Southampton branch. Responsibilities: * Create and update job descriptions * Track all recruitment metrics (vacancies, applicants per vacancy, etc) * Collecting feedback and implementing improvements in the recruitment process and experience * Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment * Notify relevant departments of starters and leavers * Maintain organisational charts * Maintain and manage personal and employment updates * Collaborate with the HR team on new projects and initiatives * Day to day HR administration duties including return to work forms, probation reviews and staff benefits * Ensure the central compliance filing is kept up to date * Tracker Reports – courtesy vehicles, driving style reports, speeding reports, highlighting to managers * Create inductions packs for new starters * Central filing – compliance, training, suppliers * Deal with sickness records and update planner * Emailing payroll pay details on new starters * Employee Handbook – keep updated * Payroll queries, pay queries * Headcount – starters and leavers Qualifications, Skills and Experience: ...
