We support recruitment agencies and self-employed contractors across the UK, helping them stay compliant and get paid on time.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a new business-focused role, where you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and win new clients. You’ll promote Carter Bond’s compliant Umbrella, CIS, and outsourced payroll solutions while helping position us as a trusted partner for agencies and contractors nationwide.
This role includes face-to-face client meetings, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

What We’re Looking For
* Confident and motivated salesperson
* Experience in B2B or face-to-face sales
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with a new business mindset
* Recruitment sector connections (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
