NMB Minebea UK Ltd, part of the global MinebeaMitsumi Group, is seeking a Part Time Site Labourer to join its Lincoln manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established aerospace engineering business that values teamwork, reliability, and maintaining high operational standards across its site.
NMB is recognised worldwide for precision engineering and manufacturing excellence, supplying high-quality components to leading aerospace and industrial customers. This role plays an important part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the shop floor and wider site operations.
Working within the Maintenance team, you’ll help ensure machinery, facilities, and production areas remain clean, safe, and fully operational.
Key Duties of the Part Time Site Labourer
Site & Facilities Support
* Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of the site, grounds, and production areas
* Emptying swarf bins and general waste bins across the facility
* Carrying out general labouring and housekeeping duties as required
* Supporting the smooth running of shop floor equipment and production areas
Machine & Maintenance Support
* Topping up machine oil and coolant levels across site
* Recording daily coolant and maintenance data accurately
* Cleaning out machinery and maintaining equipment cleanliness
* Supporting stock control of oils and consumables
General Duties & Compliance
* Updating maintenance paperwork and records
* Maintaining excellent housekeeping and 5S standards
* Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
* Supporting the wider maintenance and facilities team where required
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* UK Driving Licence
* Forklift licence (or willingness to undertake training)
* Reliable and dependable approach to work
* Strong team-working and interpersonal skills
* Diligent with good attention to detail
* Comfortable following procedures and completing routine tasks consistently
Desirable
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Previous labouring, maintenance, or facilities experience within manufacturing environments
Hours of Work
This is a flexible part-time role with a minimum of 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available.
