The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Executive for our Sydney office to sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages across our major Australian business events.
This is a full-cycle, high-performance sales role with structured training and clear targets. It is designed for ambitious individuals who want rapid progression into senior commercial roles and ultimately Event Director-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
* Researching and identifying high-growth Australian businesses
* Speaking daily with founders, CEOs, and senior decision-makers
* Pitching tailored exhibition and sponsorship solutions
* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Hitting and exceeding revenue targets
* Working closely with senior sales leadership for development
Earnings and Progression
* $75,000 - $80,000 base salaryUncapped commission
* Realistic Year 1 OTE: $110,000 – $140,000
* Clear fast-track progression: Sales Executive → Senior Sales → Event Director
* Performance-based promotions (not time-based)
