We are looking for Administrative & Clerical Officers to work in Belfast for the Belfast Trust on a 3-6 months Contract basis.
Location: Belfast
Position: Administrative & Clerical
Pay rate: £11.45- £11.67 per hour
Shifts: Mon- Fri x 37.5 hours
Requirements
...
1. 4 GCSE's Grades A-C to include English Language and Maths (or equivalent Qualification) plus 1 year's administrative /clerical experience.
2. 1 year's word processing experience.
3. Experience in using Microsoft packages to include WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK.
4. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
5. The ability to work in a challenging and changing environment.
6. The ability to effectively use office admin systems such as diary management and filing systems.
Responsibilities
7. Word processing /producing reports/working on computer systems.
8. Data input/ retrieval of information.
9. Assisting management teams in all aspects of clerical support for the directorate.
10. Updating patient records and appointment management systems.
11. Dealing with general enquiries/providing advice which requires immediate action within definitive guidelines, protocols and policies.
12. Arrange appointments/meetings as requested
13. General office duties such as photocopying/faxing/ scanning.
14. Dealing with requests for information.
15. Preparation of statistical information and reports
16. Ordering of stationary and office supplies
17. Maintain Filing Systems
