Location: Field-based with weekly travel to Spalding

This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established, family-run business that produces a premium, market-leading product. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit their first Junior Sales Executive to help elevate their brand, build relationships and drive new business opportunities.
The Role
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand — meeting customers, showcasing products, sharing samples, discussing offers and generating interest across a variety of sectors. You’ll actively seek out new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support prospects through the full sales cycle.
This is a fantastic role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities and taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Represent the brand professionally through face-to-face sales meetings and product demonstrations
Introduce the product to potential customers using samples, presentations and tailored offers
Identify, research and target new business opportunities
Build and manage your own pipeline, tracking activity and progressing each stage of the sales cycle
Conduct follow-up calls, arrange meetings and maintain excellent customer relationships
Attend the Spalding office weekly to update the Managing Director on activity, results and pipeline progress
