We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join an organisation that supports the creative industries!
Reporting into the COO and working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, this role leads the organisation’s people function — shaping HR strategy, Operations and Culture across the full employee lifecycle.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring that all people, policies and practices reflect the companies values and ambition: to nurture a motivated, skilled and inclusive workforce that can deliver real impact. You will manage the team of 1 and enjoy being hands on as well as partnering with Senior Leadership!
Key Responsibilities
* Provide trusted guidance to senior leadership on all HR matters, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Lead on employee relations, HR policy, and compliance, maintaining a consistent and fair approach across the organisation.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding and development across all levels, including executive and board appointments.
* Oversee performance management, engagement initiatives, and learning & development programmes.
* Review and enhance remuneration frameworks and HR systems.
* Deliver HR insights and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
* Manage and develop a HR Coordinator, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You
You’ll be an experienced HR Manager who thrives in values-driven, mission-led environments — ideally with:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager in a growing or changing organisation, ideally having experience in smaller headcount environments as well as larger organisations.
* Strong understanding of employment law and practical HR policy development.
* Confidence managing ER matters and driving cultural and organisational change.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to shape and lead the people strategy for an organisation with a genuine social purpose — where learning, development and equity sit at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll join a supportive leadership team that values collaboration, integrity and innovation, and you’ll have the autonomy to make a tangible difference to our people and our impact.
