Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Site Manager on a permanent or contract-basis to join a forward-thinking and dynamic Main Contractor based in Chichester, with the initial site in Bristol. The company delivers high-security construction projects across the UK and internationally, with clients spanning both the public and private sectors. Schemes typically range in value from £50k to £10M+, covering complex refurbishments, secure fit-outs and bespoke new builds. As such, the candidate will be required to obtain security clearance - more details at interview stage.

Site Manager Job Overview
* Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of construction projects.
* Lead site teams including subcontractors and direct labour.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
* Work with the commercial team on budgets and procurement plans.
* Ensure adherence to project scope, health and safety regulations, and secure environment protocols.
Site Manager Job Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within secure, defence, or complex MEPH environments
* Prior experience using Microsoft Project
* Already obtained/willing to obtain Security Clearance
* CSCS Black Card or equivalent
* SMSTS Certification
* Strong Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and project management.
* Full UK Driver's License and willing to commute to site.
