Job Title: RPG Developer

Location: Hybrid - East Midlands

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Chapman Tate Associates is working with a leading retail organisation seeking a talented RPG Developer to join their team.


As an RPG Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting RPG-based applications within a fast-paced retail environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that streamline operations and improve customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain RPG programs for retail business applications.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, including ERP and POS solutions.
* Optimise and debug code for performance and functionality improvements.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
* Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software on time.
