Business development experience is high on this client’s priority list, and they are particularly keen to see candidates with a steady, consistent career history.
What’s in it for you?
* Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am–5pm; Friday, 9am–3pm
* Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 + uncapped commission, OTE approx. £31,000 in year one
* Commission: 7.5% monthly on profit + an additional 7.5% annually based on meeting targets
* Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise account potential
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
* Prepare accurate quotes via the CRM, follow up in a timely manner, and resolve queries to close sales
* Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and emails
* Re-engage lapsed clients to rebuild relationships and identify new opportunities
* Handle inbound enquiries by phone and email, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service
* Maintain accurate customer data and sales documentation
* Produce clear, informative reports for monthly sales meetings, highlighting progress and new growth areas
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven sales experience, confidently managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and business development to negotiating and closing
* Strong understanding of the sales process and success in fast-paced, target-driven environments
* Results-driven, motivated to exceed targets, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Confident making outbound calls and uncovering new opportunities
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to add value
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
* Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A stable, consistent career history is a must
