A stand-alone HR Manager position has arisen to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. An office-based role, you will be required on-site Monday - Friday on a full-time basis. Working in a stand-alone position where you will be responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees whilst supporting other sites. Working alongside the Financial Director and Senior Management teams, providing professional HR advice and administrative support and working to As a HR Manager you will be responsible for - Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts Continual review and improvement of the current recruitment process Conducting right to work checks, producing job offers and onboarding new starters Arranging performance and probationary reviews Completing exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention Completing disciplinaries and grievances Reviewing and updating policies and procedures Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll Training and development - update and support managers with training matrixes Any general HR administration tasks as required Ideally for this HR Manager role, you will have - CIPD level 5 Experience with talent management & proven experience of improving staff retention Team player with experience in a factory/manufacturing setting Good organisational skills and an eye for detail Prior experience working in a stand-alone role Excellent communication skills On offer for this HR Manager position - Working hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm with an early finish on Fridays Offering a salary of £40-45k Health plan & training schemes If you are interested in this HR Manager role, please Apply today.
