• Salary: £26K - £29K DOEWe are seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR team and contribute to providing a first-class HR service. Day-to-day of the role:
• Coordinate recruitment and promotion processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, extract reports, and manage databases, handling everyday HR processes such as starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
• Respond to HR queries, providing support to a friendly and driven workforce.
• Offer administrative support to the wider HR team, including general office duties and assistance with various HR tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Background in HR administration is ideal, but applications are welcome from candidates with generalist HR knowledge or previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in inputting and extracting information from databases.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and organise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
