Person Specif ication Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceedin g goals.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Analytical mindset, adept at using data to drive decision-making and optimise perf ormance.Understanding of the UK digital media landscape and e-commerce opportunities across websites and social media pl atforms.Experience in affiliate sales, publishing, or digital advertising, with a focus on CPA and CPC delivery models is a bonus.Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and digital advertising tools also a plus.
